Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vartie Fine Jewelry purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and materials. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, we offer a 20-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
